6 Darlie Routier matters, and let the record reflect
7 Mrs. Routier is present with her attorney, Mr.
8 Douglas Parks, and the State being represented

9 Mr. Toby Shook and Ms. Sherri Wallace.
10 And, Mrs. Routier, the purpose of this hearing
11 today will be very brief. A jury list in your
case
12 has been sent out to prospective jurors, and,
ma'am,
13 have you received a copy of that jury list?
14 MRS. ROUTIER: No, sir.
15 THE COURT: You have not received it
16 yet?
17 MRS. ROUTIER: Not yet.
18 MR. PARKS: I have received a copy,
19 Your Honor.

21 MR. PARKS: I have myself.
22 THE COURT: Okay. You'll make a copy
23 -- can you get a copy available to her then?
24 MR. PARKS: Yes, sir.

9 When did you get that list, Mr. Parks?
10 MR. PARKS: Day before yesterday, I
11 believe, Judge.
12 THE COURT: Okay. Well, today is
13 the --
14 MS. WALLACE: Friday the 11th.
15 THE COURT: Eleventh, Friday the 11th
16 so that was Wednesday the 9th.
17 MR. PARKS: I would expect that
18 Mrs. Routier will get hers either today or
tomorrow,
19 our jail is about that much behind.
